This station is our dedicated vegan station offering plant-based options that will be of interest even to people without dietary restrictions.

 

Clean Eats

A student employee serves a guest at the Clean Eats station in Red Jacket Dining Complex.

Nutritious and delicious dishes that are free of the top 9 allergens (milk, eggs, fish, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and sesame).

 

Twisted Fork

Experience a bounty of chef-driven culinary offerings at this station located in the central dining area.

 

American Grill

Comfort food at its finest! This station offers an assortment of traditional favorites infused with modern style (Halal chicken and beef are offered daily).

Orders for the grill are taken via the mobile ordering app or at the kiosk located next to the register.
